  1. To receive and approve apologies for absence and agree any future actions
  2. Members to declare disclosable pecuniary interests and non-registerable interests (including details thereof) in respect of any items on the agenda and any gifts or hospitality worth £25 or over
  3. To consider applications from members for dispensations
  4. Public participation
  5. To receive a report from Councillor L Simmons, discuss planning application, PA26/06068, Land South Of Bospalyer, South Drive Tehidy, Permission in Principle for the construction of up to 1 dwelling (minimum 1, maximum 1) and agree statutory consultee comments to return to Cornwall Council Planning Department
  6. To receive a report from Councillor L Simmons, discuss planning application PA26/06006, Lane House, Tehidy Park, Tehidy, Works to trees subject to a Tree Preservation Order – felling of Sycamore tree and agree statutory consultee comments to return to Cornwall Council Planning Department
