1. To receive and approve apologies for absence and agree any future actions
2. Members to declare disclosable pecuniary interests and non-registerable interests (including details thereof) in respect of any items on the agenda and any gifts or hospitality over £25
3. To consider applications from members for dispensations
4. To receive and approve the GDPR compliant minutes of the Staffing Committee meeting for publication on the website held on the 21^st September 2026, and the Chairman to sign them
5. That the Council resolves under the 1960 Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act, to exclude the press and public due to the confidential nature of the business to be discussed.
6. To receive and approve the confidential minutes of the Staffing Committee meeting held on the 21^st September 2026, and the Chairman to sign them
7. Matters arising from the minutes and a report on progress of actions, for information only
8. To receive draft Job Description and Person Specification for a potential handypersons and agree any future actions
9. To receive an update regarding pension schemes and agree any future actions and any associated expenditure.
10. To review employee salaries for the 2027/28 financial year, agree any future actions and any associated expenditure
11. To review staffing forecasts for the remainder of the 2026/27 financial year and make recommendations to the Finance, Resources, and Projects Committee for the 2027/28 financial year and agree any future actions
